Some Twitter users have reacted to the release of Zainab Aliyu who has been held in a prison in Saudi Arabia for alleged drug trafficking.
Zainab, a student of Maitama Sule University, Kano, travelled from the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano, and was arrested in Saudi Arabia for being in possession of Tramadol.
Zainab's father, Habib Aliyu appealed to Nigerians for her release and President Buhari directed the AGF and minister of justice to immediately intervene in the case.
She was later release after it was established that Zainab was innocent and the drug had been planted in her bag.

Following this, Nigerians praised the government for securing her release. But some have suggested she wasn't innocent as claimed and have accused the government of being partial to some citizens.
